Allow 2 business days for your first look at your customized logo. After that you are given 1 round of revisions to make any needed adjustments and your final files will be send shortly.
Please keep in mind we are located in Australia now, so if you are in the U.S. our business days are your Sunday-Thursday because of the time difference.
Select the custom color option when choosing your pre-made logo. After checking out you will be directed to a page with a form to submit all your details including your own brand’s color HEX #’s for us to use in your new logo.
If after your round of revisions for your chosen logo you still do not like your logo design, you can choose to be refunded 50% of the purchase price. Unfortunately since our team spends time customizing these for you we are unable to refund the full amount, so make sure you like the logo style before purchasing.
You will need a Canva account to be able to utilize these templates. Make sure you create your account before accessing your purchased templates. Canva offers a free version so anyone can utilize the platform. I highly recommend the Canva for Work version which allows you to create folders and save all your branding details, plus it is only $13/mo USD.
After completing your order you will be given a link to download your instruction PDF. This PDF will give you access to the video tutorial library, which will walk you through the steps for how to save these templates to your account. The PDF will also have links to all the master copies of the templates you purchased.
** It’s very important you follow the Getting Started video instructions on the tutorial page first for every template.
After completing your purchase you will receive a PDF containing access to our video tutorial library. After logging into the library, find the video that corresponds with the template you purchased.

I totally agree! I personally never use the mobile app version, and only use the desktop version. The desktop version of Canva is way more user friendly and makes customizing these templates much easier.

After completing your purchase you will be given a PDF to download containing all instructions for setting this up, and the link to access all the IG highlight covers that come with your pack.
If you have access to Adobe Illustrator, you are in luck! After completing your purchase you are given access the a PDF file which can be opened up in Adobe Illustrator so you can customize all icons to fit your own branding.
Our return policy varies by product.
If you purchased an instant download (any of the Canva templates and/or the IG Highlight covers) returns are not accepted since you have already been given full access to all the files.
If you purchased a pre-made logo design, you are able to get a full refund only immediately after making your purchase, BEFORE any customizing has been done for you on our end. Email us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # and your reason for the refund. If you are unhappy with your logo AFTER it’s been customized by us, you are able to be refunded 50% of the purchase price. This decision must be made before any final files are sent your way. Refunds on pre-made logos are not allowed after you’ve been handed all final logo files.
